Interview Summary

Alexander Krakolinig discussed the challenges and insights related to embodying higher states of consciousness in an interview focused on personal and spiritual growth. He emphasized that true embodiment requires specific training and isn’t merely about the duration one spends in meditation but how one navigates the dynamics of daily life, which often involves the interplay of victim, predator, and helper roles.

Krakolinig shared personal experiences from his family life, where these dynamics were prominently displayed. He explored ways to release the conflicts within himself, stating that achieving a state of being in one’s heart is the highest frequency, where one becomes invisible and untouchable to attacks. Despite managing to achieve this state externally, Krakolinig admitted that maintaining it within family interactions, especially during the COVID pandemic, was challenging.

He also recounted his struggles with censorship and governmental attacks when he tried to disseminate information about COVID-19 on platforms like YouTube and Facebook. These experiences led to significant personal crises, where he felt violated and stripped of his dignity, likening his emotions to those of a vulnerable child. This violation pushed him into a state of shock, driving him to retreat and seek peace, only to realize that these adversities were attempts to silence him.

Krakolinig shifted his approach from fighting against these forces to understanding and redirecting the energy. He highlighted the widespread fear of death, exacerbated by the pandemic and treatments associated with it. By training in the metaphorical darkness, he suggested, one can thrive and overcome the negative energies absorbed from collective surroundings like one’s country or village.

He stressed the importance of staying centered and connected to divine energies rather than the myriad other energies that can lead to turmoil. Krakolinig pointed out that understanding the roles of victim, offender, and helper as part of an energy game can lead to significant insights. Recognizing and releasing old patterns can transform problematic situations, especially within families, leading to greater peace.

Krakolinig advised against simply sending healing energy to others, advocating instead for addressing and resolving the root causes of issues. The interview concluded with a 10-minute meditation, emphasizing the practical application of his teachings to achieve inner peace and transformation.
